Objective

Determine the feasibility of a TMA for the City of Everett.

Result

NorthEase Consulting Group developed a plan to implement, coordinate, and monitor TDM Initiatives in Everett thru a TMA model.  The firm researched the development landscape, developed TMA deliverables to support the city and TMA members, and funding scenarios for initial TMA formation and early development.   The final product provides a roadmap for the development of an organization that will bring together key stakeholders in Everett to support the city’s trip reduction goals and new TDM ordinance measures.
