Allison Simmons
TDM & TMA Formation Expert with 26 Years’ Experience
Allison Simmons is a principal and co-founder of NorthEase Consulting Group. She is also the founder of Ease Consult, a consulting firm based in Boston. Ms. Simmons specializes in sustainable transportation services for non-profits, companies, and municipalities. She has been in the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) industry since 1994. With a background in marketing and communications she specializes in creating innovative programs and campaigns to create behavior change.
Over the past twenty years Ms. Simmons has worked for several Boston TMAs including MASCO’s Commute Works which serves the Longwood Medical Area and A Better City TMA. Ms. Simmons was the founding director of the Artery Business Committee TMA (now A Better City), the largest TMA in the Commonwealth formed as a mitigation measure for Boston’s Big Dig. Ms. Simmons is a national expert on TMA formation as has launched three TMAs in Massachusetts (Allston Brighton, Watertown and Assembly Connect) and one in Memphis, TN.
Clients have included A Better City, Assembly Connect, the City of Boston, the City of Everett, Seaport TMA, Allston Brighton TMA, Watertown TMA, Merrimack Valley TMA, Charles River TMA, Partners Healthcare, Memphis Medical District Collaborative and Boston University Medical Center.
In addition to her work, Allison is actively involved with local and national organizations including the Association for Commuter Transportation. In 2019 she was appointed as President of the National Center for TDM, which seeks to shape and advance transportation demand management to improve our nation’s mobility. She loves to travel and is a proud mother of two.
Patrick Sullivan
NorthEase Consulting Group, Principal
Pat Sullivan is a principal at NorthEase Consulting Group. Drawing upon his expertise as a transportation planner and nonprofit executive, Pat has spent his career planning and implementing transportation programs that enhance connectivity and elevate economic competitiveness. Pat specializes in transportation planning, policy, and TMA management. Pat Sullivan is the Executive Director of the Seaport TMA. In this role he oversees the TMA’s commuter programs and advocates on behalf of the organization’s membership for transportation improvements that will benefit those who work, live in, and visit the South Boston Waterfront.
Prior to joining NorthEase, Pat worked as the Executive Director of the Seaport TMA. In this role he oversaw the TMA’s commuter programs and advocated on behalf of the organization’s membership for transportation improvements that would benefit those who work, live in, and visit the South Boston Waterfront.
Pat has previously been named to the Association for Commuter Transportation’s (ACT) “40 Under 40,” and is a graduate of the ACT Leadership Academy. He was selected to participate in the 2016 Transportation for America (T4A) Transportation Leadership Academy, a year-long leadership program for transportation professionals. Pat has a particular interest in the intersection of transportation and technology, and has conducted extensive research and has written on the subject of autonomous vehicles and their future impact on cities. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction with the U.S. Green Building Council.
Pat received a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Boston University and a Bachelors of Arts in History from the University of Vermont.

Traci Laichter
Assistant Director
Traci Laichter is the Assistant Director of the Seaport TMA, where she manages commuter programs and marketing and advocates for improved access to the Seaport with municipal and state agencies. Traci manages Seaport TMA’s award-winning Bike Seaport series and Water Transit Month. Ask her about ferries or where to get the best bagels in town.
Traci has a background in non-profit communications and graphic design, and she is passionate about sustainability and accessibility. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Ethnomusicology from Hampshire College.
Stephanie Le
Assistant Director
Stephanie Le is a Somerville native and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a degree in Marketing. During her time in college she had the opportunity to study abroad in Germany, as well as participate in the Disney College Internship Program. She has over 10 years in the Customer Service Field and has worked in the Transportation Demand Management industry since 2016. She started her journey in TDM while working for TranSComm TMA at Boston University Medical Campus. Stephanie has joined Assembly Connect under NorthEase Consulting Group as the Assistant Director for Assembly Square.
Molly Cronin
Marketing and Program Coordinator
Molly Cronin joined the NorthEase Consulting Group as Marketing and Program Coordinator in September 2024. Molly graduated with honors from the University of Rhode Island and has a degree in Marketing. Prior to joining Seaport TMA, Molly interned at WaterFire Providence and has had experience in branding and merchandising. As a greater Boston native, Molly has watched the city landscape evolve and is passionate about providing solutions to the transportation problems that occur.
Madelyn Langley
Marketing and Program Coordinator
Madelyn Langley joined the NorthEase Consulting Group team as Marketing and Program Coordinator for Assembly Connect in July 2023. Madelyn graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Marketing. Living in the city, she embraces transit as her primary mode of transportation sparking her interest in TDM. Prior to joining the NorthEase team, Madelyn completed internships with staffing agencies in downtown Boston.
